We don’t mass-produce.

Every garment is lovingly created in our workshop only after you place your order. Thats why we´re able to offer personalization on some of our designs. Personalize it, make it yours, and wear something truly unique.

Once your order is placed, our coordination team carefully reviews it and sends it to the workshop closest to your location. This way, your pieces are made nearby, supporting local economies, speeding up delivery, and reducing the carbon footprint of your purchase. It also helps avoid unexpected customs fees or border delays.

Because each piece is made just for you, our workshops may take a few days to create your garments. You can always check estimated production and shipping times here → (link). As soon as your order is ready, we’ll ship it straight to your door so you can enjoy it as quickly as possible.

During times of high demand, the origin of your package may vary depending on materials availability. But don’t worry—our network of workshops works together to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

If your order includes personalized items, you can request changes by emailing us at coolfitsoasis@gmail.com within five hours of placing your order. After that, production begins, and we unfortunately can’t make adjustments. Please double-check your personalization carefully before submitting. We cannot be responsible for errors made by customers.

For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on personalized products. We truly appreciate your understanding.
