Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return an item, you have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return in europe. Personalized items can´t be returned.

📦 Return conditions

• Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

• The purchase amount will be refunded once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  

🔄 How to request a return

You can easily initiate your return in one of the following ways:

1. If you have a store account:

   • Log in to your account.

   • Go to Orders, select the order, and click Request return.

2. If you checked out as a guest (without an account):

   • Access our order portal using this link:

   • Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.

   • Select the order and request your return.

3. From your order confirmation email:

   • Open the confirmation email you received after placing your order.

   • Click on View your order.

   • From there, you can request a return.

💰 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
