Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 15 days of reception.
Personalized garnments can´t be returned for obvious reasons. Please check our Refunds Policy for details.
How much does shipping cost?
📦FREE SHIPPING on all orders over 80 EUR to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
United States, Mexico.
For all other countries not included in the list above, free shipping does not apply, regardless of order value and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. More info about shipping.
When will I get my order?
We need from 2 to 5 working days in order to manufacture your garment.🪡 🧶✂️
Shipping delivery times may vary between destinations and might take from 1 to 8 days in Europe and United States areas.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
Once you make your order you will receive an confirmation email of your order. In this email you wont find the tracking link yet. As soon as we craft your garments we will asign a shipping number to your order.
Then, you’ll receive another email with your tracking number. If you cant find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Where are my products manufactured?
We always strive to produce your garments in the workshop closest to your location in order to reduce the carbon footprint of your order and delivery times. Check our workshop map.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can help you modify it. Please reach out as soon as possible.
How do I know which size to choose?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop pay, google pay and other secure payment options available at checkout. We also offer interest-free financing options.
Do you ship nationwide/internationally?
